Our founder, Mike Duddington, brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, including 13 years at Microsoft.
During this time, he spent 5 years within the Microsoft Entra ID engineering division as a Product Manager, contributing directly to the development of the platform.
This combination of engineering insight and real-world delivery experience enables us to go beyond best practice, applying knowledge of how the platform is built, to how it operates in complex enterprise environments.
Mike has successfully delivered Identity programmes for major FTSE 100 organisations, spanning Office 365, Azure, and Entra ID — from large-scale transformations to targeted security and modernisation initiatives.
